A new 18 acre mixed-use community. Steiner Builders provided sitework (main infrastructure (utilities, streets, streetscape) and development assistance (FDP, negotiations between Developer and Tenants), easement coordination with the utility companies, and assisting the Seller and Buyer in navigating the undefined landscaping budgets and scope of work to mutual satisfaction of all parties.
