The Oaks at Wetherington

The Towns of Wetherington is a 5.6 acre site located in West Chester, Ohio. Steiner Builders provided sitework and common area improvements for the future townhomes built by Fischer Homes. In addition to mass excavation and preparing the building pads for 70 townhome units, Steiner Builders installed all of the underground utilities, roadways, sidewalks, and landscaping. This project maximized the lots with tight corridors for utility easements and ideal grading solutions with varying elevations throughout.

Steiner Builders provided intricate utility coordination and scope alignment with the end users, critical benefits to the developer. This included easement creations, phasing of services with Duke Energy, water and sewer agencies and the local engineer’s office. While challenging, this coordination made it possible for the developer to maximize the available lots and meet the pad turnover dates desired by the end users.
