Richmond Square Grand Residences
Six new luxury townhomes for sale in the heart of downtown New Albany, Ohio. Steiner Builders was retained by the Partnership to provide Owner’s Representation services (including review of schedules + budgets, evaluation of approved designs and impact on budget + schedule, providing value engineering suggestions throughout the course of the project, quality control of construction, and construction accounting (including review and approval of Pay Applications)). The first two units are expected to be delivered for move-in in the Spring of 2026.

Alden Woods Subdivision
A new residential subdivision in New Albany, Ohio, consisting of (9) luxury single-family homes. Steiner Builders was awarded the sitework construction for the project and was retained by the Partnership to provide Owner’s Representation services (including review of schedules + budgets, evaluation of approved designs and impact on budget + schedule, providing value engineering suggestions throughout the course of the project, quality control of construction, and construction accounting (including review and approval of Pay Applications)). The first home is expected to be delivered for move-in in Summer 2026.
The Market District
A redevelopment of the Xenia Town Square in the Market District from a retail strip center to a full mixed-use development. Steiner Builders is providing Owner’s Preconstruction and Construction Representative services (including compiling bid package and assisting in soliciting a Prime General Contractor, bid comparisons, onsite representation during construction and assistance on schedule adherence, quality control, onsite logistics, pay application and change order review and direct management of architects/engineers for project needs) to the Developer.
