Outback Steakhouse

A new outparcel restaurant at the Oaks of Wetherington. Steiner Builders provided sitework construction (grading, utilities, pad delivery, parking lot, site lighting and landscaping) for the project. All the sitework/site improvements were to be done prior to the start of any vertical construction.  However, due to delays with entitlements and permitting, this scope of work was concurrent with the vertical construction.  Through good communication and coordination between Steiner Builders and the vertical construction general contractor, the overall project was completed on time and on budget.
